An added bonus is the ocean view from all rooms in the condo!Kitchen – The kitchen features stainless steal appliances & a dinette set. It is well equipped to fulfill all your cooking needs. There’s a full size refrigerator with ice maker, electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher. You’ll also find dishes, glasses, utensils, pots/pans, bakeware, storage containers, Keurig Coffee Maker, Mr. Coffee pot, toaster, mixer, electric can opener, and a blender. There is a direct & side view of the ocean from the kitchen.Living Room – The living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa, love seat, & chair, and a 50 in. flat screen Samsung Smart TV with DVD player. The French doors open out to the large private deck. The direct ocean view from the living room and the deck is absolutely magnificent! You will not beat this view! This seaside bungalow gives you the feel of a private beach house. In October of 2022 we replaced the sofa and loveseat with a new set. They look just the same, but for those who are returners, we thought you would like to know the set is new! Our decorator recommended we use the same set because it matches our décor, and she had it in stock. A new rocker/recliner should be in place by the 1st of the year. It has been on order since March of 2022!Master Bedroom – A comfortable icomfort queen size bed and the wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD player make this room very inviting. Once again, a direct ocean view from the bedroom window makes sitting at your computer and surfing the net a pleasure whether for fun or business. New wood flooring adds a clean, fresh coastal look. No carpet!!!!2nd Bedroom – The 2nd Bedroom features cozy twin beds and a flat-screen TV with DVD player. Once again, a magnificent view of the beach and the gulf is a huge perk from the window in this bedroom. New wood flooring adds a clean, fresh, coastal look. No carpet!!!!Bath – A full bath with a modern tiled shower meets your needs. It includes a rain shower head/hand held combo as well as a seat in the shower. The Washer/Dryer is conveniently located just outside the bathroom and near the bedrooms.Other items available to make your stay enjoyable are the linens, a blow dryer, and a private covered parking space for 2 vehicles. Wireless Internet service is available inside the unit.All rooms have amazing ocean views whether direct or from the side. If the weather does not allow you to actually be on the beach, you can still enjoy the view from the condo. Ceiling fans are in every room.Everything you need is located within walking distance. Options are Waves Grocery & Package Store, S & S Fresh Seafood (steamed or grilled to perfection), eating breakfast, lunch or dinner at the West Beach Grille or enjoying your favorite ice cream at Island Ice Cream Treats. Of course the location is convenient to getting right back to Hwy. 59 to go to the water park, the zoo, or for shopping. Give Unit 502 at The Beach Front a try.
