Cute single bedroom bungalow with a comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom and two separate twin beds in the family room, perched on a hillside overlooking beautiful canyon lake, this 1970’s home has a spacious outdoor deck you can BBQ on. You can watch the sun go down in our tree swing or possibly feed deer that frequently pass by. The early morning view with a cup of coffee is so very peaceful. The home is directly is across the street from a large boat launch and also just a few minutes from inter tubing on the Guadalupe river. Getting into the water to cool off, swim, or boat is easy from here with lake access down the hill and across the street. This one of a kind bungalow hideaway is perfect for your peaceful family getaway from the city when you just want to kick off your shoes and relax. Because the entrance to the Tree House will require some walking up hill on natural stone steps, extreme caution is suggested for those with any kind of physical challenge, poor balance, or weak health.
