The property surrounding the home is well manicured, with hedges at the perimeter and citrus trees adding a sweet aroma during bloom.More on the neighborhood: The Indian Canyons neighborhood is on the south side of Palm Springs, just minutes away from downtown and the Palm Springs International Airport. Nearby are the shops and restaurants of “the curve” on Palm Canyon Drive and the Smoke Tree Commons shopping center. Apart from the benefit of being on a golf course, there are also nearby hiking trails, a botanical garden, horseback riding, and several celebrity homes.Additional Items: Boosted WIFI, W/D in-home, Two-car garage, full dishware, Youtube TV for live TVRULES AND THINGS TO NOTE:**Pool and spa heat are optional for $30-$80 per day.
