A mile’s walk to Moulton Meadow’s Park with tennis courts and hiking trails. Quick drive down to Laguna’s beautiful beaches and restaurants, or to nearby Montage Resort. Laguna Trolley stop 300ft, free service to both Downtown and South Laguna. The fireworks on 4th of July from the deck are truly spectacular!!
