This lovely cape cod cottage is located an easy walk away from Beach Point (sandy beach) and a short drive or shuttle bus ride into historic Provincetown. You get the best of both worlds…the quiet of North Truro and the fun shopping, restaurants, galleries and clubs of Provincetown. You have easy access to the Cape Cod National Seashore which has great beaches, bike riding, as well as planned activities for kids and adults.The cottage is comfortably furnished with a cozy living room, 2021 renovated kitchen and 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 2 twins). It has a deck with large picnic table and a full bath (shower only). For convenience, this unit has an outdoor shower, and washer/dryer! For connectivity, the cottage has wireless internet connection and cable (smart) television.THE MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD IS 1 WEEK (RENTAL WEEKS ARE FRIDAY-FRIDAY ONLY).
