Views of Martha’s Vineyard on a clear day abound, and if you’re into island hopping, the ferry is only a stone’s throw!The house sits on a generous corner lot with lots of outdoor space, and sunny, private hangout spots. The brand new kitchen is the heart of the home and connects to comfortable & modern living spaces, where you can cozy up with a book or lounge together. The location and character of this property make it an enjoyable destination for visitors year-round! First floor laundry room and one of two full baths are located right off the entry for convenience.Relax and unwind on the new patio or around the fire-pit after a day at the beach. Scurry across the street to Cape Cod Bagel when the first wafts of delicious bagels fill the air in the morning. Or venture over to the Shining Sea bikeway to get some exercise or take a leisurely ride on the extensive bike paths that connect to North and West Falmouth, all the way down to Woods Hole.We’ve taken extra care to ensure you’ll have a comfortable stay and feel like you are truly on vacation while you’re here.
