Enjoy the best sunsets as a backdrop to your screened in private saltwater pool.The spaceOur indoor space has 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 2 bunkbeds with twin mattresses) and 2 bathrooms. The Pomelo House has all of your favorite amenities including high-speed internet, TV, air conditioning, heating, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and more. It’s located in a quiet and secluded neighborhood.KITCHENThe kitchen features a quartz waterfall island, brand new appliances including a dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped including a coffee maker for relaxing mornings and a blender for afternoon cocktails. The dining space is just to the left with seating for 8.LIVING ROOMOur living space is well-decorated and is a great place to relax and watch shows on the 55″ Fire TV. It shares the open living quarters with the dining room and kitchen, allowing for easy socializing with friends and family.PRIMARY BEDROOMThis master suite is a bright, large bedroom including a king bed with a new memory foam mattress, Booklinen sheets and duvet. Features a 43″ Fire TV. Includes his and her walk-in closets, master bath including double vanity, with walk-in rainfall shower + water closet.SECONDARY BEDROOMThis bright bedroom complete with Queen Bed with a new memory foam mattress, Brooklinen sheets and duvet. It offers plenty of storage space and quick access to the main bathroom.THIRD BEDROOMThis adorable room has 2 bunk beds each with 2 twin mattresses for ample sleeping space perfect for children or adults. The room is conveniently located near the main bathroom. *Note: The bunk beds do have a maximum weight capacity of 200lbs per bed.LAUNDRY ROOMThe laundry is located just off the garage and available for your use throughout your stay. Cleaning and sanitizing supplies & equipment are also available to help you tidy up and keep the house as clean & sanitized as you’d like during your stay.GARAGEWith plenty of beaches, canal access near the house, we are happy to provide guests with all your beach needs. Including: beach chairs, umbrella for shade and cooler, all found in the garage. Guests do have access to the garage, however, we only allow guests to park inside the garage if they are charging their electric vehicle.EV CHARGERAVAILABLE 220V 48AMP High Powered Tesla EV Charger conveniently installed inside the garage. EV Charging is a complementary service for only Pomelo House guests.OUTDOOR SPACEThis space was intentionally chosen and designed to create the ultimate Southwest Florida vacation home. From the living room, the extra wide patio doors brings the outdoors in and instantly creates an even larger space. The outdoor space offers the perfect spot to enjoy an afternoon cocktail or morning coffee. Patio doors open to a covered lanai with dining area and outdoor grill and prep area. This opens up into a screen caged in in-ground heated saltwater pool ready for poolside lounging or having a family fun time. There is plenty of seating including pool loungers and a conversation set perfect for a book or relaxing the days away. The backyard is completely fenced and has plenty of green space to play. We also have some lawn games to enjoy like bocce ball and cornhole.Pool Heating available beginning September 15th at the guests discretion. $25/night additional fee applies. Fee must be paid in full no later than 72 hours prior to check in (to allow time for the pool to heat). Pool must remain heated throughout your entire stay (cannot heat the pool for less than the total amount of nights booked). Pool temp to remain between 84-87 F when heated.
