It is a three bedroom, two bath home with direct gulf access and located on a canal just 15 minutes from the river. It is completely furnished.The home is conveniently located in a great residential neighborhood within short driving distance to beaches, golf courses, fishing, the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins training camps, grocery stores, restaurants, unique shops, Outlet Malls, downtown Fort Myers and the Southwest International Airport.The main living area is an open floor plan. The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar, an informal dining area, and is open to the formal dining and living room which opens directly to the lanai/pool area. A spacious family room with wine bar, TV and DVD is located just off the kitchen. The master bedroom is complete with a luxurious king bed, walk-in closet, TV with internet capability, and access to the lanai/pool area.The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and two sinks.
