“Cape Escape” Sunny Renovated House – Walk To Beach, Pickleball, Central ACWalking Distance to the beach! Updated home with indoor/outdoor living and separate living room and family room both with HD TV and Wifi. After a day of sun and fun, enjoy dining outside on the lovely fenced-in patio or playing yard games on the large front lawn.This 3 Bedroom/2 Bath home was completely updated a few years ago – including central AC. It is walking distance to everything including a .4 mile walk to Forest Beach which has free parking and .3 miles to the inlet to Taylor’s pond where there is a landing for fishing, kayaking, or paddleboarding. There is also neighborhood tennis & pickleball court less than a 1/4 mile walk away. Close to shopping in Chatham or walking distance to fun local restaurants. There is one king bed in the master, one queen bedroom, and one bedroom with two twin beds. Parking is available for up to three cars.There is both a living room and a family room/sunroom with a cathedral ceiling. The family room has a queen pullout. Outside there is a patio with a table and chairs, a new outdoor shower and a gas grill. Everything that is needed for the perfect Cape escape! For safety reasons, we do ask guests to either bring their own towels and sheets or use a service like Cape Linens. Bedspreads, pillows, blankets are provided.
