Pool alarm available to guests by request.Pet Fee is $15 per dayMonthly or Longer stays require discounted cleaning every 2 weeks paid by guest.Booking guests must be at least 25 years old.This is a NON-SMOKING property. (Fines and cleaning fees apply if violated.)All guests that have a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.No more than 10 guests allowed in home including visitors.Please be considerate of neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Please keep the noise down to a minimum after 10 pm.Parking for up to 4 cars maximum. No street parking is allowed at any time.Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house.Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.Important Note:Guest gives permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation.
