Ideal home built specifically for family gatherings, multiple families and friend get-togethers. Only 1/3 of a mile to South Shore Drive! Take your pick between all of the beautiful beaches! Conveniently located near Rt.28 in South Yarmouth. Close to dining, shopping, golf course and attractions. Ten minute drive to Hyannis Harbor and ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. Spacious and bright great room with open kitchen, dining and living area. Comfortably sleeps 16 with parking for 6 vehicles. Kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils, dinnerware, pots, pans, etc. The house has all appliances including A/C units, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, outdoor gas grill, washer/dryer, 4 TVs with Cable and Blu-ray DVD/VCRs, CD player, and Wireless internet access.
