The upstairs unit is our family’s primary residence, however, while we are abroad on military orders it is also rented and usually hosts families.New ceilings have been installed between units and greatly reduces sound transmission, however, as is typical in older DC rowhouses, noise may still carry between units (upstairs or neighbors) as these row homes were built in 1914.You are welcome to use the front patio and table and chairs, however, the back patio is reserved for use of upstairs unit.Long term guests welcome
