(this is the closest garage to your unit.)Please be sure to follow any posted signage to avoid being towed or fined.EV charger: In the parking garages you can use the EV chargers located throughout.Other Things to Note:There are stairs to reach the condo, it’s on the second floor.High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean.
