Everything you need, nothing you don’t.Free parking in the small rear lot is 1st come 1st serve. One free space in parking garage.ALL guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.The Space:This unit is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator.One queen bed in the bedroom and the pull-out sofa in the living room is a queen.Full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, Smart TV with streaming capabilities only. (this is the closest garage to your unit.)Please be sure to follow any posted signage to avoid being towed or fined.EV charger: In the parking garages you can use the EV chargers located throughout.Other Things to Note:Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.Please note, this listing is not pet friendly per HOA guidelines.
