The rec room makes evening or rainy day entertainment fun with a pool table and TV. The den and covered deck located on the top-level is a great spot to read your favorite books while enjoying the oceanfront views. The elevator provides ease of access to all levels. Three private bedroom en suites and two additional bedrooms with a shared bath let you retire in the evening for a restful sleep so you will be ready for more adventures on the Outer Banks.Exploring the OBX: Capt. Brad’s makes it easy to access grocery stores, fine and casual dining options, fishing piers, historical sites, and other local attractions and entertainment. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS – Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
