Cook up a storm in the kitchen—the hard part is deciding if you want to dine at the counter, in the breakfast nook, or al fresco on the deck.The Space:For Film and Production: we can provide block booking capabilities, bulk discounts, tailored services, and Seamless Tax Credit Assistance.The hammock, ping pong table, indoor jacuzzi tub and outdoor jacuzzi tub are all screaming “R&R,” but if you must work, an upstairs space has the perfect desk set-up. Also upstairs are the guest bedrooms, full hall bath, and beautiful, breezy main bedroom with ensuite bath and private deck overlooking the neighborhood.Please DO note that estate does have a lower level unit that can be made available for additional rental. In the event the lower level unit is not also rented there is a possibility of another guest being on the estate and entering through the pedestrian gate on the right hand side of the fence to walk to their private entry located on the right hand side exterior of the home. This massive food hall, retail space, and rooftop amusement park, located in what was once a Sears, Roebuck & Co warehouse from the 1920s, isn’t the only attraction though—a stroll down Atlanta’s BeltLine trail will take you to various other markets, eateries, parks, and notable spots. Old Fourth Ward borders on the Sweet Auburn Historic District, with both areas sharing significant Martin Luther King, Jr. sites (The King Center, his birth home, and his church) as well as Edgewood Avenue’s lively nightlife scene.Getting Around:The North Avenue MARTA Station (Red and Gold Lines) is at the northwest corner of the neighborhood. There is no parking at this station, but it has local, regional, and shuttle bus connections. King Memorial Station, at the south end of the neighborhood, is on the Blue and Green Lines. This station has MARTA bus service and ‘Kiss & Ride’ parking.
