The open floor plan includes a kitchen, living room and sunroom with dining table. The living area is comfortably furnished with a sofa and occasional chairs and a flat-screen TV, perfect for gathering after a day at the beach. The sunroom has an additional sofa with a queen-size size sofa-bed for additional bedding options, and the sunroom has a convenient pocket sliding doors to add privacy to the additional space. The dining table seats 4, and the breakfast bar has seating for 4.The Primary bedroom has a King size bed and a flat-screen TV. The attached primary bathroom has double granite vanities and a large glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and flat-screen smart TV. The full guest bath is located next to the guest bedroom and includes a tub/shower combo.
