This unit features luxurious appointments including hardwood, ceramic tile and carpet flooring, granite counter tops and deluxe appliances.All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees).
