Welcome to Seashell’s Folly. This stunning, updated and creatively designed Folly Beach home is located in one of the most sought after locations on the beach. The quiet west side of Folly is only 3 short blocks to Center Street where you can enjoy all the dining, shopping & entertainment Folly has to offer. This incredible home offers five spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Seashell’s Folly delivers expansive ocean views both inside and out from its floor to ceiling windows and multitude of decks. Each deck space has plenty of seating options. There’s even a fully fenced in grassy area so the kids have a place to play, and outside on the ground level you’ll find a game room equipped with a ping pong table, basketball hoop, dart board and more. Walk inside and you’ll see straight to the Atlantic! Enjoy the mural by a local artist, with odes to Folly’s past and the homeowners’ family history. The spacious living, dining & kitchen area take full advantage of the oceanfront location. Enjoy your meals from the casual breakfast spot next to the kitchen or in the light filled, oceanfront dining room. When it’s time to rest, three of the five private suites are located on the first floor. Upstairs are the remaining two bedrooms, their bathrooms, and access to the rooftop deck. Bedroom Layout: First Level: Bedroom #1: king suite with private bath Bedroom #2: king suite with private bath Bedroom #3: queen suite with private bath Half Bathroom Second Level: Bedroom #4: bunk suite with 3 “twin over double” beds and private bath Bedroom #5: queen suite with private bath Seashell’s Folly has an elevator. Please inquire if you would like to have access to the elevator. This home is protected by a Ring doorbell camera *We have a strict occupancy limit for all of our vacation rentals. Those that violate the terms of occupancy, host events, and or parties will result in immediate eviction, and possibly be arrested for trespassing. The City of Folly Beach has strict rules and regulations regarding such events and possible loss of homeowner’s business license.
