Second bedroom comfortably sleeps 3 with a twin-over-full bunk bed and has an attached bathroom with a shower tub.Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, blender, and a fully stocked kitchen.Patio with umbrella, table and chairs is perfect to sit and enjoy the Colorado sun and weather. Overlooks fenced-in grassy back yard; great space to relax and play yard games. BBQ propane grill available for guests. Propane fire pit located on patio.Raised garden plot with veggies and herbs; available to guests depending on ripeness.-Air conditioning!-Washer/dryer, laundry soap, and drying rack available.-51″ LED flat screen Smart TV with Blu Ray player available in living room. Access your personal Amazon and Netflix accounts via Smart TV. Free WiFi allow guests to stay connected.-23″ Vizio TV (no cable) with Sony DVD player in guest bedroom.-Work space in master bedroom as well as on kitchen counter.-Minut Smart Home Noise Monitor is installed in the townhome to help monitor noise levels. This device does not record or listen to conversations and does not store, collect or share personal data. Minut notifies hosts of noise levels above 70 dB. We will contact guests if we are alerted of persistent loud noise.
