Feed the ducks or do a little fishing on your way! Within minutes you’ll be close to shopping, dining and all that the quaint town of Highlands has to offer.Light and bright with an open living room and renovated kitchen with all new appliances, you’ll enjoy all the creature comforts of home when staying in is on the agenda. Relax in front of the fireplace or enjoy watching a game or movie on the huge new flat screen TV.Just through the living room is a dining area that leads out to an open wood deck with rocking chairs, a new propane BBQ and an additional dining table.The large upstairs master bedroom has a king size bed, a convertible loveseat and a renovated ensuite. The large screen TV directly across from the bed makes for comfy, cozy late night movie marathons.Across the hall is a guest bedroom with a queen size bed with an additional full bath just outside the door. A brand new washer/dryer can be found in a utility cabinet in the hallway.Downstairs is a man cave/kids playroom/den with another large flat screen TV and DVD player. The couch can convert to a queen size bed. There is also another full bath and another bedroom with a twin bed.Outside the downstairs is a new deck that runs the length of the entire house. Half of it is covered so you can enjoy some outdoor time even if it is raining.
