Simply open the sliders to enjoy the ocean views while entertaining on the trex deck that features a railing bar with seating for 4. Talk about summer living! The freshly painted spacious bedrooms offer open wall shelving for plenty of storage. The main bath has a custom walk-in shower, an all-in-one washer/dryer, and brand new amenities.Sleeps 4: 1 full size bed & 1 twin over full bunk bed. All this within a few block of 68th street events, the beach or the bay, playground, water sport rentals, restaurants, and family amusements.Comes with 2 beach badges and off-street parking. We do not accept pets and unit is non-smoking. Dish detergent, cleaning products and supply of paper towels and toilet paper provided. Linens (sheets, towels and blankets) are not provided.
