Private patio surrounded by flowers to relax, read or enjoy a meal. Outside shower to rinse sand off. Two beach chairs are available but no beach umbrella.Restaurants, post office, shops are in walking distance. Delivery services available.Water sports, fishing, tennis, golf, scuba diving, jet skiing, cycling & much more.Ideal location for many excursions: Orlando, St Petersburg, Fort Myers, Sanibel, Mineral Springs, Myakka State Park etc…Owner speaks English, French and German.Month rental preferred for February and March.Local Taxes = 12% which are:7% State tax5% County/Resort taxNO CLEANING FEE so travelers are expected to clean the apartment before they leave. Inventory list & cleaning list to be signed before departure. Before next arrival, I personally go over the whole house to make sure that cleanliness is to my high standards & make sure knobs, switches, handles etc… are properly disinfected.Mattress protector, pillow protectors, blanket, bed spread, are washed before EACH new arrival, as well as bedroom & bathroom rugs.IMPORTANT:When sending a rental request, please CONFIRM that you have carefully read house rules & rental agreement. This will avoid any disappointment or misunderstanding to both parties.Coin laundry facility in walking distance.Hairdryer: ask the owner.Free WiFi.The house is a duplex. I, the owner, live at the front of the property. Carissa Beach House is at the back of the property.Guests have their own parking spot off the street.
