Absolutely NO smoking or parties are allowed or loud outdoor music after 10:00 pm. Only the contracted guest may bring a pre-approved pet to stay at the house. Other visitors may not bring their pet(s) to stay. NOTE: 30 DAY MINIMUM RENTAL.
