It is convenient to Old Baldy Lighthouse & Smith Island Museum and the Village Chapel & Post Office. Take advantage of Moon Shine’s location with access to three Beach Accesses directly from the harbor. The island beach accesses are for everyone. You may enjoy visiting the South & East Beaches too, but you have your own here in the harbor. From here you can go island cruising through the maritime forest or take the beach route called Bald Head Wynd on our 2 passenger golf cart to the beach, the market, the clubs, or conservancy. You can rent bikes, sailboats, kayaks, or stand up paddle boards to tour the island, too.Carolina Moon Shine’s spacious one bedroom has new Pottery Barn Linen King Bed with Westin Heavenly Mattress topped by luxurious linens and down filled duvet and pillows.
