Enjoy so much of Chatham – without even getting in your car!The Carriage House is located adjacent to (but not accessible directly from) the Windmill. With large windows overlooking Oyster Pond’s beautiful water and gorgeous sunsets, this second-story unit is a lovely spot for relaxing at the end of a fun-filled day. The Carriage House has a recently renovated full kitchen, dining area and living room with TV, as well as two bedrooms (sleeping four people) and a full bathroom. The Carriage House also has a private patio space with BBQ grill.Below the Carriage House, the space has been renovated to include a game room, with foosball and a ping pong table. This space also includes shared laundry machines.Linens (bed and bath) are included for the 2022 season. This property has two neighboring units (the Sea Captain’s House and the Windmill) that share the driveway and parking. If you are interested in booking these units as well, please inquire.
