Welcome to Casa Agave!Casa Agave is our Newly Remodeled 3 bedroom Beach House located on the coast in beautiful Santa Barbara, California.The spaceCasa Agave is ideally located for the ultimate Santa Barbara beach vacation and experience.Near ocean view:A few short paces from the front door and the ocean is in view!Easy Beach Access:Shoreline Park is a coastal bluff with beach access and is just a 3 minute walk from our front door. Only 14 houses separate you from breathtaking ocean front views and beach life immersion. Take in the sites or stroll down the path to Ledbetter beach.Hard to Beat this Location:We love our location!! In addition to being close to the beach, we also enjoy easy access to great dining and shopping on the Mesa and our close proximity to downtown Santa Barbara and the Wharf. Furthermore, the “Funk Zone”, which is known for great dining, Brew Spots and Wine Bars, is just over a mile away and is easily accessible on foot or by bike. One of our favorite things to do – climb on one of our cruiser bikes and ride down to the Funk Zone for brunch!Property Features:- Living Room: The living room is furnished with a large high end couch with chaise for maximum comfort, a lounge chair, countertop bar and two bar stools and a 65 inch smart TV to access streaming apps and entertainment.-Bathroom: The bathroom has been beautifully remodeled and features black herringbone zero entry shower with signature “Agave” tile. There is plenty of counter and shelf space for personal items with easy access to outlets for guest electronics. Hairdryer is provided.-Full Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the essentials needed for cooking. Guests can dine indoors using the round dining table and countertop bar or have the option for outdoor dining at the large outdoor dining table.-Two Master Bedrooms: Both bedrooms are furnished with high end King size beds and luxurious mattresses for a great night sleep.-Bunk Bed Room: Kids and Adults alike can expect a great night sleep in the Queen size bunk beds.-Large Private Gated Backyard: The backyard is equipped with a large 6 person dining set, an outdoor gas fire pit, 4 Adirondack chairs and a Weber gas grill for your use and enjoyment.-Laundry: On site washer and dryer are provided in the finished garage.-Complimentary Beach Cruisers: 4 Electra Cruiser Bikes are provided for quick and easy access to all the best spots.Guest accessOur entire home is available for our guests to use.Other things to noteWe supply guests with basic necessities including towels, beach towels, paper towels, bath tissue, laundry detergent, dish washing pods, basic household cleaning supplies, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
