The boat lift is not available for guests use and it’s asked guests do not use the southern portion of the dock. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests.Note: Smoking is not allowed in any rental property.Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in description.Where pets are allowed it is indicated.
