The home is located within walking distance of shops, pools, and a social center. The private courtyard sports amazing views of the Santa Rita Mountains.Green Valley is a 55+ community with plenty of recreational, social and leisure opportunities, including pools, tennis/pickleball courts, and athletic clubs. Green Valley has golf courses, scenic hiking areas and biking trails. Nearby Tucson offers big city amenities and Tubac has many artistic and cultural events. The weather is beautiful and the southwest boasts birds, flora and a variety of wildlife.The master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest room has two single beds, and the living room has a pullout sofa. The home also has a private washer and dryer. A well-behaved, quiet dog is welcome!Green Valley dictates the rental be for at least 30 days. We will give a discount for those wishing to rent three months or more. Please contact us if you wish to have a longer (six months or more) rental for a larger discount.
