Pleasant wind chimes (not too loud or high pitched). Other critters to watch… quail, chipmunks, hummingbirds, doves, etc. The hot tub was well maintained; in great condition. Nice touches throughout the home like the slow close toilet seat lids (no loud slamming) and motion activated night lights placed in hallways and bathrooms. Plenty of towels. A real hair dryer included… unlike wimpy hotel ones. Nice desknook for working.
