Description
Perfect for a mid-term getaway with combinations of classy Biltmore shopping center, Scottsdale and some of Phoenix’s best restaurants! Our 2 bedroom, 1 bath gem includes a full kitchen queen size beds, USB ports in outlets and a large shaded and fully fenced-in backyard that offers plenty of natural light. Fast Wifi 5 min walk to Sprouts Grocery 8 mins to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport 10 mins to Downtown 15 mins to Scottsdale This unit is one half of a duplex and is the main unit. There are 2 beds, 1 bath, kitchen and living room area inside. Outside you will find a gated large covered patio with seating for up to 10 as well as a bbq grill. In the rest of the backyard is a stock tank pool and a fire pit with seating for 6. Guests can access all parts on the left side of the property. There is a fence that splits the backyard for each unit. If the party has rented both units, the gates can be opened to share the spaces. We are available by phone, text or email depending on the urgency of the matter. The home is centrally located between downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale. Additionally it’s a short drive to and from the airport. In this neighborhood you will find your typical restaurant chains and lots of mom and pop places. There are several grocery stores nearby like Sprouts if you prefer organic options or Fry’s for a typical grocery store. Due to Phoenix’s sprawling nature, most people visiting either rent a vehicle or use ride share apps to get around.
