There are two balconies in the home, one off the 3rd floor and one off the master bedroom. There are Sonos speakers throughout the 1st and 2nd floor of the home. Curved TVs are located in the main living room, the master bedroom and the 2nd level living area, all with cable. The townhome is gated and has a connected 2 car garage with an electric car charger.
