The private bath with a tub opens to an open-concept living room and kitchen. The living room contains a Crate & Barrel sleeper sofa that sleeps two guests on a comfortable queen mattress, a small dining table as well as a flat-screen smart TV with streaming, casting, or Airplay features, and a Samsung split heating/AC system. The full kitchen contains a stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee maker.NOISE DISCLAIMER: This unit is below the upper units. It is possible to hear noises coming from above you. We notify the upstairs guests of this and ask them always to respect their noise level to avoid disturbing downstairs guests. Should you have any issues with this, please call us, and we will contact the guests above to remedy the situation immediately.*NO PARTIES: We have a strict ‘No Party’ policy-parties or events are not allowed. Please use free street parking if the lot is full. One parking spot per unit on a first-come, first-serve basis. EV chargers are available for guests to use during their stay. Two shared J1772 chargers are mounted on the left side of the parking lot. Two shared Tesla chargers are located on the right side of the parking area. Please bring your own adaptor if needed, and please disconnect when not charging to allow other guests access to the chargers. Casa Jardin does not monitor parking spot use and we are unable to request guests to move their vehicles.## TechThis complex does not have live TV service. All TVs have apps (Netflix, Hulu, Youtube TV, and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. The property has gigabit wifi, and the unit has a private network for guests to cast directly onto the TV.## InteractionThis is a self-serve stay.
