The original Spanish architecture has been preserved while offering modern upgrades & conveniences.This 190 sqft queen-bed unit has a flat-screen smart TV with streaming, casting, or Airplay features and a Samsung split heating/AC system for ultimate comfort. A private en-suite bath with a rain shower and a kitchenette with Nespresso, microwave & mini fridge complete this stay in Santa Barbara.NOISE DISCLAIMER: This unit is below the upper units. It is possible to hear noises coming from above you. We notify the upstairs guests of this and ask them always to respect their noise level to avoid disturbing downstairs guests. Should you have any issues with this, please call us on our dedicated hospitality line, and we will contact the guests above to remedy the situation immediately.*NO PARTIES: We have a strict ‘No Party’ policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm-8 am.**PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA’s). A $50/pet fee will apply; pets can not be left unattended in your room. Pets brought onsite without permission/payment are subject to a $250 fine.**Our cleaning fee includes professional cleaning of the unit and outdoor space. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, and a unique code will be generated and sent to you on check-in day.Parking and EV charging (shared amenity):Casa Jardin offers free guest parking in its private parking lot at the back of the property. Please use free street parking if the lot is full. One parking spot per unit on a first-come, first-serve basis. EV chargers are available for guests to use during their stay. Two shared J1772 chargers are mounted on the left side of the parking lot. Two shared Tesla chargers are located on the right side of the parking area. Please bring your own adaptor if needed, and please disconnect when not charging to allow other guests access to the chargers. Casa Jardin does not monitor parking spot use and we are unable to request guests to move their vehicles.## TechThis complex does not have live TV service. All TVs have apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. The property has gigabit wifi, and the unit has a private network for guests to cast directly onto the TV.## InteractionThis is a self-serve stay. We are an off-site host, there is no front desk, and we provide contactless self-check-in.
