Description
Large single story home with a spectacular view of Rio Rico valley. Over 2700 SQFT of living space with lots of amenities. 4 bed 2 bath with two large living areas. Tv’s in every bedroom with streaming services and a game room with a pool table and foosball. Front yard is fenced in, back yard is not. there is a lot of wild life in the area and come up to the back yard to get a drink of water from our fountain. Ring door bell and cameras on the outside of the house. Please no parties or reunions allowed. House is under constant renovation, some materials may be stored in the garage or on the driveway but rest assured it will have very little impact on your stay.
