Casa Verde is a historic home on a cobblestone street, perfect for large families or groups of friends. 3 floors, 3 separate condos each with full kitchen, living room, and 2 bedrooms each with en-suite bath. 3 levels of adjoining patios overlook the huge backyard. Two blocks from Cape Fear Riverwalk, shops, restaurants, cafes & wedding venues.The Space:Charming historic home on a beautiful street. Each level is its own separate, unique space with private entrance and patio. 5 of the bedrooms have queen beds, the second bedroom in the lower unit has a twin with trundle. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. 3 kitchens, dining areas, living rooms, and patios with seating and tables ensure plenty of space for the whole group. Patios overlook large private backyard with hammock and bbq area.Guest Access:Guests will have access to the entire home and yard.The Neighborhood:Charming cobblestone street in historic downtown Wilmington, two blocks from the Cape Fear River. Enjoy shopping, dining, and the riverwalk only a couple of blocks away.Getting Around:Guests will be provided with 4 parking passes for street parking in front of home, additional parking is available nearby. Home is very walkable to most activities downtown.Interaction with Guests:I live nearby and am always available by call or text.
