The 1st guest room features a Queen size bed and access to a relaxing atrium and attached bathroom. The 2nd guest room features 2 Twin Beds with the bathroom across the hallway. All bedrooms offer plenty of closet and storage placePATIO: The patio is perfect for BBQ and dining, entertaining friends and family, or lounging around the firepitINDOOR: Open living area features plenty of sitting arrangement for you and friends to relax by the fireplace. The dining table seats 8 guests comfortably. The living room features a Smart TV w/ Cable Service and comfy sofa bed.KITCHEN: The equipped kitchen has all the appliances needed. Basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. It offers a direct access to the patio BBQ area.POOLS: there are several community pools, with one directly across from this home; each with an accompanying hot-tub. You’re welcome to use any of the pools in this community. All the pools are heated from November through April.TELEVISIONS: there are TVs in each bedroom, and a larger TV in the living room.
