A utilities deposit of $3,000 will be held on guests credit card. Consumption charges are billed at the per diem rate from the current utilities cost, without mark-up. Owners will provide utilities bill to guest showing total guest consumption and rates to be paid. With advance written notification, the pool can be heated upon the request of Renter, hot tub heat is controlled via a remote at the property.
