Are you coming for the VIEWS? ALL these photos were taken ON the property.Treat yourself to this gorgeous attached guest studio to be the home base from which to enjoy Sedona. Enjoy beautiful red-rock views from the bed, the table, the couch, and the patio. You will have a private kitchenette, bathroom, and patio with fabulous sunrises and sunsets. The location is prime; a quiet, established neighborhood in upper uptown Sedona; walking distance to shops and restaurants and also to trails galore. This suite is quiet ( an 8 inch brick wall with no doors leading into the attached owner’s house). Owner has over three hundred total 5 star ratings and is a ‘super host’ on air b and b. We will be happy to visit with you about where to eat and where to hike at different times of the day and the week and the year, taking sunshine, shade, difficulty, parking, and traffic into consideration.There is a second ( shared) patio with different, equally spectacular red rock views to the north. Be sure to be on one of the patios when the red rocks light up at sunset! Early mornings are also magical, as we face into the sun rises and the morning bird symphony is great for meditating and re-connecting.There is no oven in the casita, but there is a microwave, refrigerator, electric skillet, hot plate, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster oven, and keurig coffee maker.* State tax registration number 21496913City license number 005042
