The sun shines virtually all day on the terrace which is large and ideal for sunbathing in privacy. The terrace is complete with a stone chimney barbecue area along with table and chairs, and sun beds. San Andres Resort has three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool. The patio area has chairs and umbrellas for your use.- Layout -The master bedroom has a king size bed with orthopedic mattresses. The bed can be split into twin beds if required. The bedroom also has fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers a ceiling fan and patio doors with shutters. Bedroom two has two single beds, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers a bedside table, ceiling fan and windows with shutters that opens out to the rear terrace. The main bathroom has a tub shower combination, WC and twin sink basins. Bedroom three has one single bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers a bedside table, ceiling fan and windows with shutters. Main Bathroom Shower over bath WC and twin basins.Kitchen is fully fitted and has everything you would need in a self-catering holiday home. The kitchen and utility area have a washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob and oven and all the glasses, cutlery and utensils you will need. The living area boasts two sofas, one 3 seater and one 2 seater sofa, glass coffee table, television complete with satellite channels and high speed internet. The large patio doors lead to the terrace where the table and chairs, a large built-in barbecue and sunbeds for your private use are located. The terrace, completely tiled, is not overlooked by neighboring villas.There is a Children’s park onsite, tennis court, massage centre, and a hairdressing salon. The Golf Clubhouse is just a 5 min walk away from the resort where you can hire golf clubs, buggy hire and lots more.A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants. bars with live entertainment, hairdressers, gift shops and much more!Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants.Parking is available on the resort at €5.50 per day.
