During the daytime, subtle road noise can be heard if outside. During the night time, the road traffic is minimal and hardly any road noise is heard when outside. No road noise can be heard when inside the home night or day.Note: Being in a tropical area, pest/bugs are more commonplace. We have pest control services that come regularly, but if you notice a higher increase in pest activity let us know and we will have them come out. Guest have full access to the property and can enjoy the outdoor living spaces.
