Ideal for a couple or single person, this adorable condo has been updated throughout in a coastal contemporary style and has one bedroom with a king-size bed, one bathroom, a fully equipped open kitchen with island and a living room. The location is fantastic, just 3 blocks from shopping and dining on 5th Ave S, 2 blocks from Cambier Park, home of the Arthur Allen Tennis Center, Naples Art Institute and many seasonal events and shows, and 1 block from Tin City. The beach is less than a mile and is a safe walk down quiet residential streets. Castleton Gardens is a quaint gated enclave of condos arranged around a courtyard on a banyan tree-lined street. There is a heated community pool, hot tub and BBQ grilling area for all residents, but the pool and hot tub are not currently operational since Hurricane Ian. It should also be noted that the ground floor units in this building flooded in the hurricane and most are in the process of being renovated. This unit is on the second floor which was not impacted, and had no water damage. Access to the second floor condos, including this unit, is by an exterior stairwell only, there is no elevator.ASSOCIATION APPLICATION/FEE: An application and/or background check may be required for rentals within the community.
