Located on the Cathedral hole, on one of Pinehurst’s most picturesque holes, this home is perfect for a golf retreat! The Carolina room provides a spectacular view for the par 3, 14th hole, on Course No. 5.A large, fully equipped kitchen allows a place for catering or a home cooked meal. A propane grill is provided on the patio outside. The coffeemaker is dual purpose for standard drip or single serve/KCup.There are two master suites, one on each level. The first floor, entrance level king suite has a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The remaining two bedrooms with full bathrooms are upstairs. The larger bedroom suite, with two queen beds, also has a gorgeous view of the 14th hole. The third bedroom offers a king bed.Each bedroom and the living room is equipped with Roku streaming TVs.There is also a home office setup over looking the balcony to the large living room.Only 1.5 miles from the village of Pinehurst. This location is also prime for golf in the Sandhills area with over 40 golf courses in a 15 mile radius. The Pinehurst Track and Fair Barn are across the street. It is a short ride into Southern Pines for a large selection of independent stores, breweries or eateries.No more than 4 cars parked at this vacation home.
