The pond is Spring Fed and is about 4 feet deep in the middle. There is a picnic table and two Fire Pits, one by the Hot Tub and one by the pond. The large Fire Pit can also be used for grilling or a small Weber Charcoal grill can be used. There are several wedding venues close by and Plattekill Ski Mountain is just over the mountain.Guest accessGuests have access to the entire property and the house. There is outside parking, please park clear from the deck posts. 4WD or AWD highly recommended in the Snowy months.Other things to noteYou need your own vehicle to get around. 4×4 is highly recommended during the winter months. If you don’t have a 4WD, you need to park at the bottom of the driveway. Driveway is about 300 feet.
