Rural and private one bedroom apartment above the garage of the main house. Newly built with comfortable furnishings and great views of the Sonoran desert. The apartment is situated on the edge of Cave Creek Recreation area and within walking distance to the many hiking/biking trails within the park. The accommodation is fully furnished and boasts stainless appliances and a well equipped kitchen. Smart TV with Netflix and wifi is available. The property is approximately 8 miles to the centre of Cave Creek, 10.00 miles to Desert Ridge and 30.00 to downtown Scottsdale. Local golf courses include Rancho Manana, Dove Valley and many more.
