The Spotted Sandpiper is a 4 acre property on beautiful Cayuga Lake! We have the largest occupancy of any private lakefront property in the greater Ithaca area and are accessed down a private 1/2 mile road. Perfect for family reunions and retreats, The Spotted Sandpiper has 2 houses, 9 cabins, and 2 yurts at the end of a 1/2 mile private road. With 400 feet of lake frontage and 7 docks, we’re the perfect destination for large groups. We can currently sleep 85 and will be adding a few more units over the winter of 2019-2020.We also rent our units separately. Guests who rent the entire property (excluding a small seasonal renter section at the top of the property) receive a discount off of our individual unit prices, as well as saving on insurance liability payments and cleaning fees. Please contact us for the listing numbers for the individual units.
