High ceilings throughout and very high interior doors, crown molding in living room, kitchen and tray ceilings, large mudroom/laundry room, walk-in closets, and very large under truss lanai with paver pool deck. From location to the finishes, this home has been built to impress.Electric fee is included up to USD 10.00 per day – after that we charge USD 0.20 per kWh for the electric usage.
