Back in the short term rental pool for the time being and special rates for the first month!Popular Private Home in the exclusive enclave of Rustic Canyon (between Santa Monica and Pacific Palisades). Area is filled with lots of mature trees and stunning architecture in a very relaxed environment.Large expansive property with huge pool and spa, and multiple indoor/outdoor entertaining areas.Beautiful home, full of character, blend between Rustic modern and Japanese style on 1/2 acre property. In Main house, 3 very comfortable bedrooms two with King beds, one with a Queen bed, fully equipped cook’s kitchen, fireplace, several large outdoor decks, 2 bathrooms with shower, one with spa tub. Flatscreen TVs and desks in each bedroom.Dining table expands to accommodate 10 comfortably.Outdoor dining area can accommodate 20+.Separate Guest house studio has its own queen bed, sitting area, full bath, and large screen tv.It is equipped with a refrigerator, sink, and microwave.a 5th Bedroom, in another detached space with separate entrance can be set-up upon request for an additional fee.Almost all rooms have very high, vaulted wooden ceilings, and hardwood and exotic stone floors throughout the home.Equipped with cable tv, wifi internet, and air conditioning although you will likely never need the AC.Perfect for family reunions, corporate travel, couples getaways, friends getaways, family trips, etc.Very large Pool and Spa, and extremely private from neighbors. A 200 ft line of tall Eucalyptus trees line the top part of a very lush green property. On a cul-de-sac private road, three houses from the end.Guests have access to the pool and spa, all the main areas of the house, nearby secret walking trails, tennis courts, playground, and other sport courts in walking distance at the Rustic Canyon Community Center, parking for up to 8 cars on the property, lots of privacy, and proximity to the beach, downtown Santa Monica, downtown Pacific Palisades, and tons of restaurants all within a few miles.
