This two bedroom two bath also has a large loft for use by more guests or as a comfortable office. Although there is central air, all rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and have screened windows. The electricity fee will be refunded when the occupant uses less than the base $300 use allowance per 30 days. Please see notes below.The master has an additional lanai entrance, large double closets and spacious shower room. The guest bedroom has twin beds for the rest of the family. The kitchen is well appointed with granite counter tops, modern appliances and enough dinner ware for up to 8 guests. Overnight occupancy is limited to 5 persons.
