Central Bar Harbor one block from Shore Path and Village Green.Arbor House is one of two charming, attached houses which comprise Derby Lane Cottages (Stork’s Nest, 4 br, 2ba is a separate listing). It has its own entrance, porch and private yard. It is just steps to restaurants and shops and a short walk to the free Island Explorer bus with service for all of Acadia National Park. One the best locations in Bar Harbor.We do all the cleaning and maintenance ourselves and live nearby year round.Non-smoking property. Pets may be allowed. This house is over 150 years old and does not have AC but the proximity to the ocean typically keeps the whole neighborhood cool.
